Seasons change but god remains the same
My name is Sherese Scott, and I am a Master Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I started my wellness journey over 10 years ago. A journey that turned into a complete transformation.
I had one plan and God had another; my plan was to get physically fit, look better hoping it would increase my self-esteem and self-love. My plan was to do this solely for self-gratification and increased knowledge of health and wellness. Gods plan was different and as I continued following my plan, slowly everything started to change. The more I learned about health and wellness the more I realized it was more than physical fitness and nutrition. The missing link was the mind and soul aspect. That is where Gods plan started to unfold. I began to dig deeper into His word and discover the journey of healing which includes mind, body, and soul. This is when Gods plan started to become my plan. I realized this was much bigger than me, it was not about me, but the desire of God to help other women who struggle with self-esteem and self-love, the women who do not understand who God says they are according to His word and promises. His plan changed my entire life. What started as just working out and making small nutritional changes grew and developed into one of the most profound moments of my life, a love for complete wellness (mind, body, and spirit) with the passion to help women heal and understand their identity.
I knew that if I could make this change and so cab so many other women. I had to have influence in other women’s lives, but it can be challenging in a competitive field.
Fast forward to today, I am an instructor for body and soul. How did I get here? The grace and goodness of God. A friend heard about Body and Soul and immediately thought of me. I clicked the link and thought “what the heck.” I applied and auditioned and here I am, an instructor for an amazing organization with amazing women.
God is faithful though the season changes, He never changes.
Hebrews 10:23
"Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful."
Are you holding on to God and His faithfulness?
