At Body & Soul® Fitness we build great communities! Why? Because at the heart of what we do is a foundation of friendships built on spiritual truths. “A sweet friendship refreshes the soul.” Prov. 27:9; “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens a friend.” Prov. 27:17; “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” 1 Thess. 5:11
Life can be difficult. It can also be exciting and wonderful. At Body & Soul® we are more than just a typical fitness class. We celebrate each other’s victories, mourn each other’s losses, pray for one another, sweat as we exercise together, and motivate each other to run the race that God has set before us.
Markey Motsinger in her YouVersion Plan “Doing Life Together” says, “God created friendship as a support system that helps us make and keep Christ as our first priority, protect and encourage us when Satan or others tell us we are worthless, and help us up when we fall...These friends are there to fight for us…in person, on the phone, and through prayer...even in good times, we need friends to celebrate with, make life decisions with, and simply have fun with.” This is the very definition of Body & Soul® Fitness communities.
We have an urgent need to train instructors to continue building communities of people all over the world. We have one mission and one message - Jesus. We want to share the gospel of Jesus, foster real communities, and continue our mission to “love one another as I have loved you”, John 15:12.

- Build communities that meet physical and spiritual fitness needs all across the world
