Thank God, many years ago, I met Jeannie Blocher! God used her and her vision for Body and Soul to change my life positively! I taught for Body and Soul for many years in Virginia, but I left Body and Soul with Jeannie Blocher's blessing and continued my passion for health and fitness with my broadcast for women on the Home Page Network called Movin' Together. I have continued my certifications with ACE. I felt impressed by the Lord and wanted to return to teaching for Body and Soul. I am excited to start teaching classes at my church in the fall and combining movements with tools of health!
