Hello, Coach Meagan here! I have been a NASM certified personal trainer since 2017. I have always had a deep passion for health and wellness since I can remember. I got married in 2019 and now also have two littles. Spending time in prayer (this past April 2024) asking where God wanted to lead me next in the fitness industry lead me to come across Body & Soul Fitness. As I read through the website and watched a few videos, I knew that this organization was an answer to prayer thus leading to me pursuing becoming a FIT360 Instructor!
