I am a wife and I’m a stay at home mama of four beautiful babies. I started my Body and Soul journey in 2015. Being a new mom I wanted to be more active. I fell in love with the ministry and became an instructor in 2018. I’ve not just grown physically, I’ve grown spiritually as well! I’ve been so blessed to be apart of this family! Come workout and worship with us!!
