I can’t begin to put into words how excited I am to have found Body&Soul! I have taught fitness classes for about 10 years, off and on, and a little over a year ago, I opened a bungee and trampoline fitness studio. Trampoline and bungee are crazy fun but I started to see that our brand wasn’t just a “bungee/trampoline studio,” but instead a “faith-based studio” where we unapologetically celebrated the Kingdom of God! I searched around for dance-based fitness, that we could add to our schedule, that had clean music (our studio-standard) and that was a CHALLENGE! Then… I came across Body&Soul.
