I've heard "movement is medicine"- this is so true! Our bodies (and souls, of course!!) are amazing creations and all people can benefit from moving in Body & Soul (R) Fitness classes. Fitness programs. Body & Soul programs have a variety of options so all individuals can successfully grow in or maintain strength, flexibility and balance. I've been an American Council on Exercise certified Group Fitness Instructor for over 20 years. I love moving and helping others get more fit and flexible - and recharge spiritually - to the uplifting messages in the music used in Body & Soul Fitness!I live with my husband and two of our four children in Silver Spring, Maryland.
