Paula Huss
Paula is a certified ACE professional whose story began many years ago as a student with Body & Soul. Because exercise was transformational in her own wellness journey, she is passionate about sharing that gift with all! She firmly believes that exercise is for EVERYbody, and especially enjoys offering multiple options to target every fitness level. You can expect fun, challenge, motivation and compassion when you attend her PS/CS classes!
