We have a program for you!Whether you are a beginner, an athlete or you just love to dance for fitness, we have a program for you! Even if you are dealing with an injury or a health problem, you can join a Body & Soul class and work at your own pace. If we don’t have your favorite program at a location near you, contact us and we will work together to get something going! Since some of our programs are new we are looking forward to expanding them to meet the needs of more people around the U.S, and the world. Cardio/Strength Our traditional fitness program includes a balanced workout of cardio, strength and flexibility routines in true Body & Soul style. Individual Instructors may design their cardio section to include a flair of cardio kickboxing and fitness dance moves. Use hand held weights or elastic resistance for a strength training workout that will hit all major muscle groups. The short flexibility section finishes the workout with basic stretch moves that will leave you relaxed.
Strength & Flexibility with Pilates
 Start with a total body strength workout, hitting all major muscles groups, using hand held weights or elastic resistance. Next move on to a great Pilates-based flexibility workout that will refresh and rejuvenate your body. Strengthen and stretch your body at a pace that is safe and effective for you.
Boot Camp Drop and give me 20! If you like calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...with a lot of intensity – then we want you! Your challenge is to take your body to your own personal limit. Body & Soul Boot Camp is an efficient whole body workout in a short amount of time. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you have fun! “Be all that you can be” in Body & Soul Boot Camp!
Power Strength Dynamic total body strength training at its best! Blast your body from head to toe while strengthening your core and improving your balance. This total body workout is the real deal with no time wasted and no muscle left untouched using weights and your body for resistance. Creative exercises designed to cross train for the maximum results in the shortest amount of time possible. Develop a body that's strong, defined and knows how to move with power and grace.
Basic & Beyond This fun, uplifting Cardio/Strength workout is for EVERY BODY! We welcome those with temporary injuries, weight challenges, orthopedic and balance issues, and other medical conditions. ANYBODY wanting to build strength and endurance in a fun, safe, and effective way will enjoy this workout. You can stand or sit in a chair for a complete workout that will meet your personal fitness needs!
